How to Register:

				
Complete the registration form and submit. Written
					confirmation will be sent to each registrant.
					Registration fees are fully refundable if cancellation is
					made by Friday, March 31, 2023. After this date a €350 cancellation fee applies.
					Substitutions may be made at anytime at no charge.
					Registrants are responsible for making their own
					hotel and travel reservations.

The conference fee includes admission to two daylong
					executive briefings, panel discussions, question
					& answer sessions, two luncheons, Sunday welcome
					reception, Monday off-site banquet dinner,
					comprehensive conference material on USB key with
					option to purchase a printed binder, and admission to
					the table-top exhibit area. You may invite a spouse to
					the opening cocktail reception & gala banquet dinner
					for an additional € 195.00.

Sign-up three colleagues (must be registered at the
					same time) from your company and save!
					Organizations enrolling three or more employees
					receive a €200.00 discount per person. Just fax or
